Data Deletion

1. Sign in to your account.
2. Go to Account, then Delete account (or open the delete account page).
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

If you cannot sign in, email adewebstech@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data”. We complete requests within 30 days.

Your name, email, phone number, saved addresses, cart, subscription and sign-in details. Any remaining wallet balance is forfeited, so spend or request a refund first.

Order and payment records are kept in anonymised form for accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations, then removed when no longer required.
